Robert Higgins, PMP, a global entrepreneur, has been certified by The Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional since 2005. Currently residing in Tokyo, he is interested in Japanese culture. Robert is experienced in operations management and project management planning. Specializing in global procurement, having completed many small and medium projects in mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong, Germany and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.
